  • Czech Pale Lager/5.0% ABV/41 IBU

No fancy, funny, or fruity spins…just one of our favorite beer styles. Czech through and through using Pilsen malt sourced from the Republic itself for that unique sweet, herbaceous flavor paired with traditional Saaz hops for a spicy, floral aroma. Completely crushable at 5.0% ABV with balanced hops for a clean finish.

  • Sour Ale w/ Pineapple, Mango & Kiwi/7.2 ABV/32 IBU

What does an Angry Unicorn look like you may ask? We’re not sure, but we would likely know it when we see it! And trust us we probably don’t want to see it, however we would have to think if angry enough it explodes into something really good. Like maybe a fruited sour beer?!?!?! This kettle soured ale has a very tart base with huge amounts of the 7th Annual Pink Boots Hop Blend addend at the end of boiling to round out the massive additions of Pineapple, Mango & Kiwi. Pucker up. After all, it was an Angry Unicorn!

  • Gose w/ Lime, Jalapeño & Sea Salt Aged on Mezcal Staves/4.3% ABV/9.4 IBU

Inspired by an off menu margarita from Bodega in LaCrosse. The bartenders take…muddled jalapeño, agave syrup, lime juice, Mezcal, Cointreau shaken with a sea salt finish. Many were consumed! Our take…tart, salty German wheat beer with lime, jalapeños, sea salt added to the boil and Mezcal aged oak staves added to the fermenter. Drinks with a balance of tart, sweet & smoky w/ a hint of heat. Enjoy!

  • Blonde Ale/4.5% ABV/27 IBU

“I usually drink…what should I get?” Well, here’s your answer. A simple, one size fits all Blonde Ale that balances form and function. Just like a good SnapBack. Enough said.

  • Amber Ale/5.6% ABV/ 32 IBU

A guy, who shall remain unnamed, likes Amber Ales so much that he spends part of his anniversary (yes, that anniversary) making beer in someone else’s garage! True story. And for the record his wife’s name is not Amber. We use a combination of Munich, Caramel, and Chocolate malts to bring a rounded, not too sweet flavor that balances out a hint of bitterness and herbal notes from Perle hops.

  • Hazy IPA/6.3%/49 IBU

The first beer we produced on our 1 barrel system…”About F’n Time” was the phrase uttered when it was done. And a name was born! We use flaked oats and unmalted wheat (along with some simple chemistry hocus-pocus) to create a soft, hazy version of an IPA. For this variation, we went new world German hops including Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Callista for citrus, pineapple, strawberry, honeydew and stonefruit aromas and flavors.

  • Wheat Ale with Blueberry / 5.1 % ABV / 9 IBU

Sometimes you see things that just have that vibe. Like a soft top purple Geo Tracker with the glitchy stripes…total vibe! Our wheat ale with blueberry. A little sweetness to balance the zesty citrus from the hops.

  • American Pale Ale/5.1% ABV/ 41 IBU

You know ‘em. Long driver. Grip it and rip it, right? Pretty damn good tee to green! But then the putter. Oh the pain of the putter. It’s difficult to watch, but they are your buddy. So you do what any great golf friend does…new nickname! 3 Putt is what they are now forever known as. So here’s to 3 Putt or Bubba or Brian or whatever you please! An easy drinking American-style Pale Ale with Simcoe and Amarillo hops for those long days on the greens.

  • Seltzer/5.0% ABV/0 IBU

Indeed we make it. We use a combination of yeast by starting with a Norwegian strain that provides tropical fruit flavors and then finish off the fermentation with champagne yeast to provide a nice balanced, dry finish. This seltzer can be consumed in its ‘raw’ form, meaning we don’t add any fruit or flavorings to the base. Or you can add one of our house made simple syrups to up your flavor game.

  • Sprecher’s Non-Alcoholic

Sprecher fire-brewed craft root beer has the rich, creamy flavor that comes from using pure honey. Sprecher’s brewing team skillfully combines a host of flavors in a gas-fired brew kettle, then ages it just long enough to achieve peak flavor, a super creamy mouthfeel, and a frothy head. Sprecher Root Beer was rated best in the nation by the New York Times. Try some yourself and see why.

  • Hazy IPA/6.2% ABV/46 IBU

The first beer we produced on our 1 barrel system…”About F’n Time” was the phrase uttered when it was done. And a name was born! We use flaked oats and unmalted wheat (along with some simple chemistry hocus-pocus) to create a soft, hazy version of an IPA. For this variation, we changed up the hops by using huge doses of Eclipse, Ella, and Enigma to bring bright citrus and mandarin flavors backed by red raspberry, floral and white wine notes
