Wheat Ale w/ Blueberry

5.1% ABV , 24 IBU

Sometimes you see things that just have it. Like a soft top purple Geo Tracker with the glitchy stripes…total vibe! This is our wheat ale with blueberry. A little sweet & tart blueberry added to balance the citrusy Amarillo hops.

Sour Ale w/ Raspberry, Blackberry, Pineapple & Lime

6.3% ABV, 35 IBU

What does an Angry Unicorn look like you may ask? We’re not sure, but we would likely know it when we see it! And trust us we probably don’t want to see it, however we would have to think if angry enough it explodes into something really good. Like maybe a fruited sour beer?!?!?! This sour ale has a very tart base with massive additions of Raspberry, Blackberry, Pineapple & Lime. Pucker up. After all, it was an Angry Unicorn!

Porter

6.4% ABV, 40 IBUs

For all the history buffs, this one is named after what the Milton area was originally called prior to its official founding, Prairie du Lac or ‘Prairie of the Lakes’. We use a healthy dose of Chocolate and Black malt to bring out flavors of toffee, chocolate and coffee flavors.

Blonde Ale

4.5% ABV, 27 IBU

“I usually drink…what should I get?” Well, here’s your answer. A simple, one size fits all Blonde Ale that balances form and function. Just like a good SnapBack. Enough said.

Amber Ale

5.6% ABV, 32 IBU

A guy, who shall remain unnamed, likes Amber Ales so much that he spends part of his anniversary (yes, that anniversary) making beer in someone else’s garage! True story. And for the record his wife’s name is not Amber. We use a combination of Munich, Caramel, and Chocolate malts to bring a rounded, not too sweet flavor that balances out a hint of bitterness and herbal notes from Perle hops.

Hazy IPA Version 11

6.2% ABV, 46 IBU

The first beer we produced on our 1 barrel system…”About F’n Time” was the phrase uttered when it was done. And a name was born! We use flaked oats and unmalted wheat (along with some simple chemistry hocus-pocus) to create a soft, hazy version of an IPA. For this variation, we used large amounts of Dolcita, Vera and Vic Secret for citrus, tropical, and stone fruits aromas and flavors.

Collab w/ Nordskov Coffee

5.0% ABV, 15 IBU

In the quiet of rural Wisconsin, the local roaster and brewer experiment with a bold new creation. A unique brew emerges, combining the invigorating flavors of Nordic style coffee with the crisp, refreshing notes of a light Cream Ale. A blend of tradition with innovation where craft meets craft for the perfect start. This unique experiment has coffee forward aroma followed by a sweet caramel and fruity palate ultimately balanced with a light malty dryness and body.

Specialty IPA

8.5% ABV , 68 IBU

This beer showed up already swinging. Roasted malts, fistfuls of hops for good measure. Charred malt and dark chocolate come out first, then the hops land with pine, citrus, and enough bitterness to leave your taste buds staggering.

At 8.5% ABV, it doesn't fight fair. Two of these and you're the one with the shiner tomorrow. Some beers ask forgiveness, this one asks "you want another?"

Rye Pale Ale

5.7% ABV, 38 IBU

Old beer, new name thanks to our taproom friends! That’s all you need to know. ;-) Anyway, this one has a nice balance of that earthy, spicy rye bread with a hint of caramel to round out the flavors. It’s finished off with a bit of Cascade hops to add a subtle citrus brightness to the finish.

Seltzer

5.0% ABV, 0 IBU

Indeed we make it. We use a combination of yeast by starting with a Norwegian strain that provides tropical fruit flavors and then finish off the fermentation with champagne yeast to provide a nice balanced, dry finish. This seltzer can be consumed in its ‘raw’ form, meaning we don’t add any fruit or flavorings to the base. Or you can add one of our house made simple syrups to up your flavor game.
